Complaints Procedure:

We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. If at any time the service you receive from us falls below your expectations, please talk in the first instance to the pharmacist on duty. You may also ask to be put in touch with Phil Harris (our Superintendent Pharmacist) via Sarum Pharmacy, The Portway Centre, Old Sarum, Salisbury, Wilts SP4 6EB. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as we can.

If we unable to deal with your complaint to your satisfaction you may contact NHS England at: or by telephone on 0300 311 2233. Thereafter you can approach the independent Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman who can investigate complaints on your behalf, but only if your complaint has already been investigated at a local resolution.
